About the Role
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Miami. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, live demos, and closing multi-stakeholder deals. This is not an inside sales role. You will spend most of your time visiting facilities, meeting decision makers, and running demos.
Sales cycles can range from 3 to 12 months depending on the customer and budget cycle. If you are persistent, organized, and comfortable selling higher-ticket solutions with long cycles, you will do well here.

3+ years of B2B outside sales experience selling one of the following:
Commercial cleaning equipment
Industrial equipment or machinery
Facility services sold to operations leaders (janitorial, waste, building services)
Medical or healthcare capital equipment
Security or building systems sold into facilities
Proven success selling deals with typical value of $25,000+ and longer sales cycles (3+ months)
