POSITION SUMMARY:
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence for BrainRobotics’ portfolio of lower limb prosthetic solutions. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for prosthetists, rehabilitation specialists, distributors, and healthcare providers within the assigned territory, ensuring both clinical and business needs are met.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Sales & Business Growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement a territory business plan that identifies growth opportunities with new and existing accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, in-services and clinical education sessions for prosthetists, physical therapists and rehabilitation teams.
Manage and grow key accounts with your RSD.
Use your resources to contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction among all customers.
Work with the clinical team to coordinate education, trials and deliveries to meet patient and customer needs.
Travel for in-person meetings, trials and deliveries with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with prosthetists, clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, and distributors.
Provide consultative support on product selection and fitting of lower limb prosthetics, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product, service, or delivery issues in collaboration with customer service and technical support teams.
Market Development
Expand awareness and adoption of BrainRobotics product portfolio through targeted marketing initiatives, trade shows, and regional events.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and reimbursement changes, providing feedback to marketing and leadership.
Collaborate with clinical specialists and product managers to align customer feedback with product development.
Operational & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account status, and opportunities in BR’s Salesforce system.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, revenue, profitability and customer growth.
Prepare regular reports on territory performance, forecasts, and key wins/losses.
Adhere to company compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and industry ethical guidelines.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of demonstrated success in a sales position, with preference for experience in medical devices, prosthetics, or related healthcare industries.
Currently Resident in Mid-Atlantic: NJ, PA, DC, DE, MD, VA, WV
Experience with consultative selling within medical accounts
Familiarity with the prosthetics industry, including products, market trends, and healthcare protocols, is highly beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and prosthetists.
Strong skills in presenting products and solutions to various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and administrators.

Access to reliable internet
Ability to Travel (up to 60-70%) and Reliable transportation within the territory.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift product samples/equipment (up to 30 lbs).
