Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Tendering Manager based in Dubai. The Tendering Manager will oversee the tendering process, including evaluating opportunities, preparing high-quality tender submissions, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include managing procurement activities, supporting sales strategies, and collaborating with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of proposals and project plans. The individual will ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations throughout the tendering process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement practices and processes
• Strong Sales and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Project Management and leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with construction and engineering industry standards is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
