Role Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to join our team in Noida (Sector-135). This is a full-time on-site role. The Tender Coordinator will be responsible for managing the tender process, including researching and identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and submitting tenders within deadlines. The role involves maintaining records of tender documents, coordinating with various teams for input, and analyzing post-tender results to improve future submissions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in writing, document preparation, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of business development, tender procedures, and compliance processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
