Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Sales team and prospective clients to determine business needs, demonstrate the value AB Handshake products, and support all stages of the customer acquisition process;
• Deliver product presentations and pitches to clients both remotely and in person;
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, technical documentation, and RFI/RFP bids and responses;
• Support the implementation and configuration of solutions for new customers;
• Conduct training sessions for users of AB Handshake solutions and services;
• Identify opportunities for service improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.
Experience
Applicants should have at least one of the following:
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling technical solutions or hardware/software products to mobile telecom operators;
• 3+ years of product or project management experience for a telecom operator;
• 3+ years of experience in roaming or international interconnect departments of mobile telecom operators.
Basic Qualifications
• General knowledge of mobile network architecture;
• Understanding of telecom operator decision-making processes and product implementation cycles;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English);
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to process large volumes of data and identify relevant information from public sources.
Preferred Qualifications
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Spanish, French, or other languages;
• Basic understanding of telecom fraud challenges;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
