About The Role We're growing fast and looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to help us communicate complex technology with precision, clarity, and effectiveness.
As AON3D's Technical Documentation Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our engineering teams and the customers who depend on our hardware, software, and materials to deliver mission-critical parts. You'll create and maintain high-quality documentation that enables users, technicians, and partners to get the most out of our 3D printing systems.
This role combines technical understanding with storytelling — turning complex engineering concepts into actionable, accessible knowledge.

Write, organize, and ensure updates to technical documentation, including:
User manuals, quick start guides, and troubleshooting procedures for customers
Internal service and maintenance documentation
Online help resources, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Technical notifications and service bulletins
Responsible for both French and English documentation as well as translations of in-product content.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
Create visuals, diagrams, and exploded views to complement written instructions
Manage version control and documentation standards across print and digital platforms
Edit and update content based on product revisions and customer feedback
Contribute to UX writing, in-product help text, and training materials as needed.
