About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team and play a critical role in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven writing expertise, and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences including developers, customers, and business stakeholders.

Contract Duration: 2 months

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain high-quality technical documentation (user guides, API docs, product manuals, FAQs, release notes, and training materials).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and design teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Create content strategies that align with product release cycles and customer needs.
• Review, edit, and improve existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and completeness.
• Maintain a style guide and documentation standards to ensure uniformity across deliverables.
• Use authoring tools, version control systems, and content management systems to manage documentation.
• Support knowledge base creation for internal teams and end-users. Translate highly technical specifications into accessible, customer-friendly content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, DITA, Notion, Confluence, Git, or similar.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience working in Agile development environments. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate them effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with developer tools, SDKs, or API documentation frameworks (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman).
• Experience with multimedia documentation (tutorial videos, diagrams, and infographics).
• Knowledge of UX writing principles.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Enterprise SaaS products is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
