Role Description
Fini is seeking a full-time remote Technical Writer to create, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for our AI-driven customer support platform. Responsibilities include drafting comprehensive user manuals, technical guides, and other documentation, as well as collaborating with developers, engineers, and designers to translate complex concepts into clear, concise language. The Technical Writer will ensure all materials align with our mission of providing traceable, accurate, and trustworthy AI-driven solutions.
