Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Chandigarh. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on advanced AI and technology-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring the upskilling of employees and clients. The role requires close collaboration with technical teams to deliver customized training that meets the unique needs of diverse industries. The trainer will also assess training efficiency, troubleshoot learning challenges, and suggest improvements for continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development methodologies
• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear manner
• Experience in designing and executing Training programs for diverse technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt content based on audience needs
• Prior experience in AI, data science, or related fields is highly desirable
• Degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms such as LLMs, RAG, and MLOps integration is a plus
