About the Role This is a rare opportunity to recruit world-class technical talent at a company defining the next generation of AI for enterprise teams.

As Actively scales, the quality of the engineers, product builders, and technical leaders we hire will directly determine our trajectory. We’re building a team of unusually strong operators — and sourcing is at the center of that.

We’re looking for a high-agency, outbound-driven Technical Sourcer who wants to build something meaningful: the hiring engine behind an elite engineering org. You’ll partner directly with our CEO, engineering leadership, and technical recruiters to identify exceptional talent, craft outreach strategies, and bring in the people who will define our product and company.

What You’ll Do Engineering + AI Sourcing (Primary)

Broader Technical Hiring Support (Secondary)

• Source across technical leadership and specialist roles as needed
• Maintain ATS hygiene and coordinate early-stage funnel steps
• Partner tightly with Engineering Leads, Recruiting, & CEO on profile calibration
• Help define sourcing strategy for new roles and hard-to-fill searches

Who You Are

• 3+ years sourcing or recruiting in technical SaaS, AI, or agency environments
• Proven experience finding strong engineers and/or ML talent in competitive markets
• Confident with outbound outreach; metrics-driven operator
• Strong technical pattern recognition across multiple engineering profiles
• Thrives in early-stage, high-speed, high-expectation environments
• Excited by deeply technical teams and mission-driven product building
