There is never a dull moment with us. * Lead Tech Support Engineers in the technical approach to problem-solving to drive closure of escalations. * Participate in multi-functional product teams with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. * Standardize solutions that will benefit all customers including defining the best-known methods (BKM). * Act as a two-way conduit for information transfer between the development engineers and field service teams who provide product maintenance and support. * Strategically dispatch Tech Support Engineers to solve highly complex issues in the field. * Attend customer meetings to supplement Field Service Manager’s technical information. * Use analytics to drive improvements in tool serviceability. * Develop plans to improve team performance based on key performance index (KPI) metrics. * Develop and train direct reports for personal and team growth. * STEM Bachelor's Level Degree, Master’s Degree Preferred * 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in optical and/or electromechanical systems. Semiconductor capital equipment experience is strongly preferred. * Knowledge and work experience of KLA LS Division products are a plus. * Previous technical support and experience in system-level troubleshooting, as well as driving multi-disciplined teams to resolve sophisticated problems preferred. * Strong business acumen. * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) is a plus. * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
