Provide high-quality technical customer support to business clients and partners via email and calls.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Ondato platform, API integrations, and KYC/KYB/AML solutions.

Work with API documentation and other integration-related topics — guiding clients through configuration and setup when needed.

Collaborate with product, IT, and compliance teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.

Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and tools.

Document processes, cases, and solutions in line with company standards.

Monitor client satisfaction, identify recurring technical challenges, and suggest preventive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Prior 1-2 years experience in technical or customer support, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Technical mindset and ability to understand how APIs function (you don’t need to code but should grasp the logic).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – confident when speaking with clients and can translate complex topics into clear language.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
