Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist, based in Sydney, NSW. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical solutions to client issues, troubleshooting technical problems, assisting end-users with inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges, maintain product knowledge, and provide technical guidance to enhance user experience.
