🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Share examples of real-world support challenges and how you solved them
• Evaluate how well proposed AI-generated responses solve support tickets
• Design practical screening questions and review task-based case studies
• Help us benchmark what “excellent” looks like in IT support

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-time experience in a technical support or help desk role
• U.S. residency
• Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable internet
• Comfortable using online tools for messaging, video calls, and uploading files
• Ability to work independently and follow clear written instructions

💵 Compensation & Logistics:

• $38–$60 per hour , based on experience and fit
• Bonus compensation for completed tasks and quality contributions
• Remote and async —work anytime, from anywhere
• Current employment in the field is not required
