Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Support Engineer with expertise in expertise in
JIRA,React.js
and
.NET
. You will provide technical support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure software reliability and performance. You will also act as the first point of contact for support tickets and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-contact support for incoming requests via telephone, web portal, and email, ensuring timely resolution.
Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet SLAs.
Provide technical support for
React.js
and
applications.
Jira Responsibilities:
Create, update, prioritize, and track support tickets in
Jira
.
Log defects, enhancements, and user requests with clear technical details.
Collaborate with developers through Jira to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Generate Jira dashboards/reports to track ticket status, SLA compliance, and workloads.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes using Jira (sprint tasks, backlog grooming, workflows).
Maintain proper Jira hygiene and follow ticketing workflows consistently.
Requirements:
Jira Skills (Added):
Hands-on experience with
Jira
for issue tracking, ticket management, and workflow handling.
Ability to create and manage Jira dashboards, filters, and reports.
Understanding of Jira Agile boards (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience in logging bugs, tracking progress, and documenting resolutions in Jira.
.NET-based
Diagnose and resolve software issues, including bugs and performance concerns, in both environments.
Collaborate with developers to address recurring or complex problems.
Communicate effectively with clients and end-users to understand technical issues.
Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps, known issues, and solutions.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Stay updated with React.js, .NET, and relevant industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to work
12-hour shifts

3+ years of experience
in
Jira, React.js
and
.NET
development/support.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript, React.js, C#, .NET Framework
, and related technologies.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both React.js and .NET applications.
Solid understanding of SQL databases and web technologies (preferred).
Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions.
