Why This Role Exists -

When big-name enterprises ask, “How do you keep my data safe?” , you’ll be the one with the answers. You’ll be our front-line for tech support + infosec queries , making sure clients feel secure, informed, and heard, all while geeking out over security basics, logs, compliance checks, and the occasional “aha!” fix.

What You’ll Do (and Own) -

• Be the Face – Handle enterprise client queries on infosec & tech support, keeping SLAs sacred.
• Speak Security – Explain our controls, encryption, and compliance without drowning them in jargon.
• Prove It – Gather & organize compliance evidence, keep audit records tidy, and manage control documentation.
• Fix & Follow Up – Diagnose issues, route to the right team, and chase resolutions till done.
• Advocate for Clients – Spot patterns in client challenges, suggest smarter or compensating controls, and push for better fixes.
• Level Up Security – Get hands-on with Access Control, Network Security, Cryptography, Incident Management, and more.
• Improve & Automate – Help streamline our support process and automate repetitive tasks for faster resolution.
• Keep Learning – Stay updated on threats, controls, and cool new infosec trends.

You’ll Need -

• Engineering degree (CS/IT) or equivalent curiosity & skills.
• Solid written & verbal comms (calls, emails, client meetings).
• Basics of infosec/cybersec (CIA Triad, PII, MFA, encryption).
• Bonus: Experience in tech support, infosec delivery, or compliance work.
