Join our dynamic TSE France team in Paris . Help brands optimize digital experiences with hands-on support, collaborate globally, and ensure reliable AB Tasty integrations.
Tech Stack: Python, JavaScript, AWS, Google Cloud
Collaboration tools: Tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence, and more
Travel: occasional travel to client sites or team-building events
Own the implementation of A/B tests, personalization campaigns, and Recos&Merch use cases by providing hands-on technical support—particularly in environments with dynamic content (e.g., Angular, React.js) and custom JavaScript.
Contribute to the implementation of the Recos&Merch product by:
Build and maintain effective collaboration between clients and internal teams by assessing technical feasibility, gathering and clarifying requirements, and ensuring smooth platform integration.
Drive technical excellence by identifying optimization opportunities, recommending best practices, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with both client objectives and product capabilities.
Lead campaign feasibility assessments and advise on implementation approaches that maximize performance, reliability, and platform compatibility.
Partner with the Customer Success team to support technical pre-sales discussions, onboard new clients, and resolve complex or escalated issues.
Act as a trusted technical advocate, translating client needs into actionable solutions on AB Tasty’s platform through clear guidance, proactive support, and timely troubleshooting.
Proven experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with Python and modern development environments is a plus.
Confidence in assessing campaign feasibility, resolving technical issues, and communicating effectively in cross-functional and client-facing contexts.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, contribute creative technical solutions, and continuously explore new web and marketing technologies.
