THE TEAM
Team Name & Location: Technical Solutions Manager - Paris
Team Composition: 7 TSMs (2 TSMs R&M)
Role Overview: You will be the go-to technical partner for our customers, ensuring successful implementation and continuous value from AB Tasty’s solutions.
Tech Stack & Tools: JavaScript, REST APIs, AB Tasty proprietary tools, Git, Jira, Slack, Confluence.
YOUR MISSION
- Manage the technical deployment of AB Tasty solutions by guiding implementation through best practices, tailored recommendations, and hands-on support aligned with customer goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Proven experience in technical client-facing roles such as Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or consultancy within SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth tech environments.
- Confidence in working with modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Eagerness to teach and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver tailored, scalable solutions that meet evolving client needs.
