The Role
As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant at Duel, you'll deliver value to our customers and revenue for our business by implementing our products for enterprise customers. . You will be the primary technical liaison for conversations with strategic logo targets, including Fortune 500 brands across beauty, fashion & retail. This involves building trust and confidence through expert demonstrations of Duels products and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. Collaborating closely with Account Directors, Client Services, Product and Engineering teams, you will prioritise and develop technical solutions for Duel’s key brands, ensuring that the product aligns with their strategic brand requirements.
As a member of this fast-growing Brand Experience team, you will design integrated solutions, provide strategic advice to customers, and facilitate communication between internal technical teams and customers. Technical Solutions Consultants drive customer success from deal evaluation to product activation, influencing product development to continually enhance Duel’s value proposition and customer return on investment.
This role requires strong enterprise software acumen to educate on Duel’s growing set of AI native features as well as deep API understanding to architect and build custom solutions.
