We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to join our Patent Intelligence Search & Analytics (PISA) team in Brazil. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to provide advanced product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers. You will be responsible for creating highly customized proposals and conducting in-depth product demonstrations. In addition, you will be responsible for understanding the complex needs of our business clients and offering innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals. You will be acting as a senior product and/or business expert, providing strategic insights to support the sales process and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience - 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, product management, professional services, or an intellectual property role working directly with customers - Experience working with Clarivate's Patent Intelligence products - Prepare and conduct advanced, customized product demonstrations to customers that effectively showcase product capabilities. - Lead customer meetings to gain a deep understanding of their needs and objectives to provide tailored product recommendations. - Create highly customized proposals, including customer education materials and detailed implementation plans. - Provide advanced technical and operational support during the sales process, addressing complex customer concerns and questions. - Update and manage records related to customer interactions, feedback, and project statuses. - Work closely with sales and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and sales strategies. - Use your advanced product and/or business expertise to provide strategic insights to support the sales process and ensure alignment with business objectives. The Technical Solution Consultants are positioned within the PISA product development team and are closely aligned with the sales and revenue organization, with strong focus on revenue retention, customer satisfaction, product usage and new sales.
