Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing technical sales operations, and providing technical support for advanced condition monitoring solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering impactful sales presentations, and offering product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. The Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and ensure smooth project implementation.The role demands knowledge in condition monitoring and Knowledge in Cleaning Chemical business for industrial applications. Candidates with strong knowledge on chemical business will be given preference.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with a solid understanding of industrial solutions and processes
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
Experience providing Technical Support and resolving client issues efficiently
Proven ability in Sales strategies and fostering long-term client relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Previous experience in industrial automation, condition monitoring, or sustainability products is a plus
