Role Description
This is a full-time on-site junior role for a Technical Sales Engineer Executive located in Singapore. The Technical Sales Engineer Executive will be responsible for generating sales and providing pre-sales technical support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing technical solutions that meet customer requirements. The role will work closely with the Head of Solutions to prepare and deliver presentations, work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills is prioritized
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Technical Support skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to details and demonstrate curiosity
- Sales knowledge and experience is a plus
