About Grafton Sciences
We’re building AI systems with general physical ability — the capacity to experiment, engineer, or manufacture anything. We believe achieving this is a key step towards building superintelligence. With deep technical roots and real-world progress at scale (e.g., a $42M NIH project), we’re pushing the frontier of physical AI. Joining us means inventing from first principles, owning real systems end-to-end, and helping build a capability the world has never had before.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to build the talent engine behind a world-class robotics, AI/ML, and engineering organization. You’ll own sourcing, screening, and candidate experience for highly technical roles across hardware, software, ML, research, and operations. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role in a fast-moving environment where speed, judgment, and candidate communication are critical.
Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and manage pipelines for robotics, controls, embedded, AI/ML, simulation, and engineering candidates.
• Partner with technical leadership to define role requirements, interview loops, and hiring criteria.
• Drive fast, high-signal candidate processes with exceptional communication and coordination.
• Build early recruiting systems — scheduling, tracking, outreach frameworks, and onboarding workflows.
Qualifications
• Proven experience hiring for deep-tech, engineering, robotics, ML, or hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort engaging senior, specialized candidates.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to run high-velocity recruiting processes end-to-end.
• Thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys building recruiting foundations from scratch.
Above all, we look for candidates who can demonstrate world-class excellence.
Compensation
We offer competitive salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.
