What We Are Looking For Distyl is looking for a versatile, hands-on technical recruiter with a track record of building incredible teams in high growth mode. In this role, you will handle recruiting for key roles from end-to-end across engineering, strategy, research, and other functions.

You’ll bring creativity, versatility, and excellent communication skills, ensuring that Distyl continues to attract top talent and operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for key technical roles (AI Engineers, AI Researchers, AI Strategists, and more).
• Source top talent through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and creative campaigns and AI-driven strategies using tools like ChatGPT or LinkedIn AI extensions.
• Use AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, write high-conversion outreach, screen candidates efficiently, and analyze recruiting data to improve performance.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, calibrating on role requirements, interview structure, and ideal profiles.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experiences, ensuring timely communication, clarity in process, and a high-touch approach from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record hiring technical roles in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Comfort using or experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, screening, or interview coordination.
• Ability to move fast, operate autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when engaging technical talent.
• Highly organized, data-aware, and committed to continuously improving the recruiting process.
• A collaborative spirit with strong judgment, discretion, and an eye for long-term team building.
