What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Technical Recruiter or of a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You’re motivated to seek out the best talent and are dedicated to finding candidates who align with our company values and culture.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top technical talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
