Talent Sourcing:

US Visa Expertise:
Gain knowledge of US work visas (H1-B, L1, OPT, CPT, etc.) and understand their importance in the recruitment process.
US Tax Terms Knowledge:
Learn about US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) to support the recruitment process.
Pipeline Management:
Help build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, tracking their progress using CRM software.
Collaboration:
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support in recruitment activities.
Industry Networking:
Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network and learn about recruitment trends.
Compliance:
Stay informed about US labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration policies to ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Passion for Recruitment:
A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment, especially within the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors.
Willingness to Learn:
Eagerness to learn about US recruitment practices, visa processes, and tax terms.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of ATS software and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed) is a plus, but training will be provided.

Relocation Willingness:
Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad or North India for this position.
