The Role We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale Wizard’s engineering and AI teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong, high-quality teams.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will be a strategic operator and partner. You will work directly with leadership and hiring managers to understand their organizations, influence hiring decisions, and build scalable processes with Wizard.

Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $200,000 USD, and will vary based on skills, experience, role level, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined by considering these factors alongside overall role scope and responsibilities.
