Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program and Project Manager to drive product execution, oversee project delivery, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex product and project lifecycles, with hands-on expertise in project tracking and management.
This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end programs and projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Use Jira / Click Up to structure epics, track tasks, manage sprints, monitor dependencies, and report progress.
Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans aligned with business goals.
Identify project risks, issues, and blockers and drive mitigation plans proactively.
Maintain all project documentation, dashboards, and periodic status reports.
Agile Execution & Product Delivery
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Coordinate closely with Product Managers to convert product requirements into actionable delivery plans.
Oversee feature development lifecycles from ideation to deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and customer impact.
Ensure alignment between engineering, design, QA, and product teams throughout the product development cycle.
Deployment Coordination
Partner with Engineering and DevOps to plan and coordinate releases across environments.
Support versioning, rollout planning, and release readiness assessments.
Ensure clear communication of release schedules, changes, and impacts across internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in post-release reviews to identify improvements and drive process enhancements.
