About the Team 👥
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a dynamic team. The Qantev Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey and solution implementation —from initial onboarding to successful project delivery and ongoing support. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.

You will play a critical role driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you bring over 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, with expertise in Agile methodology, ideally within a fast-paced environment (start-ups / scale-ups). Additionally, extensive experience in managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development, along with a strong grasp of relevant software development methodologies, technologies, and application software engineering concepts is essential.
Bonus skills 🤩
Experience deploying Deep Learning Framework is a plus.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
