Facilitate customer meetings and working groups, identify action items, and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track
Continuously improve project workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and ensure solutions meet customer expectations
You're curious by nature and enjoy figuring out how things work – self-learning is part of your mindset
You have hands-on experience managing technology or software development projects, ideally in the context of SaaS or industrial automation
You're familiar with project and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, and know how to use them to drive progress
You're passionate about shaping the digital transformation of manufacturing and logistics environments
You thrive in dynamic settings, can juggle multiple tasks, and know how to set the right priorities
You communicate clearly and confidently in German and English – whether with customers, developers, or internal stakeholders
You think analytically, solve problems proactively, and work well in cross-functional teams
You're open to traveling within Germany and internationally to support customers and ensure successful project delivery
