Our platform features advanced AI and Data Science capabilities, a configurable UI/UX (built in React) supported by a modular Python backend, and robust API integrations with customer CRM and enterprise systems. As we scale, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to ensure seamless coordination, visibility, and execution across our global engineering organization.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to serve as the operational backbone of our geographically distributed engineering organization. You will work directly with team leads across multiple time zones to synchronize work across three distinct pillars: Core Application Development, AI/Data Science R&D, and Customer Deployment/Integrations.
You will be responsible for identifying technical dependencies, removing blockers, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into the progress of both our long-term product roadmap and high-touch customer configuration projects. This role reports directly to executive leadership and is critical to our continued growth and technical excellence.
