Key Responsibilities

• The "What" and "Why": Translate complex clinical care gaps into high-fidelity product requirements. You’ll be the primary owner of our roadmap, balancing ambitious AI innovation with a stable, high-performing SaaS experience.
• Modern Workflow Management: Own the product lifecycle within Linear . You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, prioritized, and high-velocity workspace—ensuring that the engineering team has clear specs with minimal to zero blockers.
• AI Product Liaison: Act as the strategic partner translating business problems between leadership and engineering. While you don't need to build the models, you must understand their inputs, outputs, and limitations to ensure our AI solutions and application platform remain ethical, transparent, and clinically relevant.
• Release & GTM Coordination: Coordinate product launches, from beta testing to final rollout. You’ll create the documentation and release notes that help our customers understand the value of every release.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the central hub between Engineering, Sales, and Clinical experts. You can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and clinical nuances to our developers.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment (B2B or HealthTech preferred).
• Technical Literacy: You are comfortable discussing system architecture, API integrations, and data flows. You understand the high-level concepts of AI/ML (e.g., how a model is trained vs. deployed).
• Tools of the Trade: Proven experience with modern PM tools—specifically Linear (preferred) or similar high-velocity trackers (Asana, Jira). Familiarity with Figma for reviewing designs and Loom for internal walkthroughs is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills. You can turn a vague clinical concept into a structured, actionable PRD that an engineer can build from without constant clarification.
