The Mission

At Blue Agilis, we are building the "brain" behind clinical operations. Our platform uses generative AI to bridge the gap between evidence based practices and helping medical practices meet their objectives. As our Technical Product Manager, you are the architect of the product experience, ensuring our AI-driven insights are delivered to clinicians with accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• The "What" and "Why": Translate complex clinical care gaps into high-fidelity product requirements. You’ll be the primary owner of our roadmap, balancing ambitious AI innovation with a stable, high-performing SaaS experience.

• Product-First, Technical-Second: You have a deep intuition for UX/UI and SaaS product flow. You are technically literate enough to understand how APIs and data pipelines work, but your primary focus is on the user value**.**

• Healthcare-Minded: You understand (or are eager to learn) the high-stakes world of the healthcare industry. You recognize that in healthcare, "good enough" isn't an option when it comes to evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment (B2B or HealthTech preferred).
• Technical Literacy: You are comfortable discussing system architecture, API integrations, and data flows. You understand the high-level concepts of AI/ML (e.g., how a model is trained vs. deployed).
• Tools of the Trade: Proven experience with modern PM tools—specifically Linear (preferred) or similar high-velocity trackers (Asana, Jira). Familiarity with Figma for reviewing designs and Loom for internal walkthroughs is a plus.
