About the Role

As our Identity Product Manager, you will own the core Identity and Customer Verification experience, which is foundational to accessing our entire product portfolio. This role spans the critical surfaces of sign-in, sign-up, KYC/onboarding, account recovery, and the profile/settings experience. As a product leader, you will drive the strategy for secure, effortless customer identification and verification, balancing world-class operational rigor with a deep focus on security, user experience, and measurable business impact across a complex, global ecosystem.

Product Strategy & Ownership : Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception to launch for core identity capabilities (onboarding, verification, authentication).

Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.

Domain Expertise (Required) : Proven experience with Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM. Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity, risk, or customer service is a plus.

Technical Acumen : Ability to engage in technical discussions related to API design, data modeling, and database schema structure to ensure robust and scalable identity systems.

Strategic Leadership : Proven ability to evangelize and own product vision and strategy with significant executive-level visibility and align complex cross-functional teams (including Fraud, Compliance, and Operations).

Analytical Rigor : Extremely strong analytical and prioritization skills; demonstrated success defining product metrics/KPIs, shaping frameworks, and driving decision-making through data.

Communication & Drive : Clear, confident, and concise communicator skilled in storytelling, persuasion, and driving organizational alignment across complex landscapes. Creative and entrepreneurial with a commitment to building robust, scalable systems.
