Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Product Lead for Enterprise Systems to join our team on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will drive the development and enhancement of our software reliability platform, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and sales teams. You will define and prioritize system requirements, oversee integration with enterprise systems, and ensure that technical solutions align with client needs. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and contributing to the development of training and onboarding materials for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams, present ideas, and engage stakeholders
Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for system issues and processes
Ability to support Sales efforts by communicating technical value propositions and assisting with client solution design
Proficiency with enterprise system integrations and technical product management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in modern software development practices or tools is a strong plus
