Overview:
LMI is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support one of LMI’s Civilian accounts. The TPM will oversee multiple technology project delivery teams, drive program schedules, manage project financials, and ensure the high-quality delivery of LMI contracts.
A successful TPM will be highly skilled in project management, agile software delivery, communication, project planning, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess the management skills to hold team members accountable to quality expectations and timelines, and respond swiftly to evolving client needs. A background in digital transformation and software development is highly desired. The TPM must demonstrate competency in leadership, strategic thinking, relationship management, multitasking, schedule management, and delivery excellence, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Target salary range: $119,986 - $207,154

Management of complex Agile projects ensuring that goals, requirements, and outcomes are defined and that the appropriate resources are allocated
Monitor team performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with key milestones and established project standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project’s development and execution

Work with LMI and LMI business partners to pursue new business opportunities
Support business development and bid and proposal efforts for opportunities, bringing together capabilities across LMI to define a solution that meets and exceeds client expectations
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum of 15 years consulting experience
Minimum 10 years project management and/or task leadership experience
Experience in the areas of SDLC and Agile software development methodologies
Demonstrated experience in deploying software systems adhering to DevSecOps principles and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with documenting security controls, supporting accreditation processes, and providing metrics for audits, including IATT and ATO documentation.
Technically adept and business-focused to interface across technical disciplines and senior leadership
Product management or related product lifecycle experience
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a “client first” attitude
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
Exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of project management best practices
Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and exhibit flexibility based on changing client needs
High level of business acumen, ability to develop and implement strategy
Strong connector – make insightful connections to bring the right people together to solve problems and grow the business
