The Role: Where You Fit In

Sitting at the intersection of Operations, Data, and Technology , your mission is to ensure that every piece of data, video, and information reaches the final audience perfectly.

Your Daily Impact:

• Data Ops Maestro: Manage the lifecycle of championship/match metadata (dates, time zones, channels, platforms) and ensure our spreadsheets/databases remain the reliable "source of truth" for the company.
• Quality Assurance: Validate video segmentation (highlights, news blocks). Your attention to detail prevents on-air errors.
• Technical Support: Monitor file ingestion flows, organize cloud folders, and act as a technical focal point (reporting bugs, opening Jira tickets, and unblocking the team).
• Continuous Improvement: Run validation scripts in Python/Google Colab and identify repetitive tasks to propose faster, automated solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a Senior Developer, nor a traditional Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a Technical Operator with an Engineering Mindset.

Must-Haves:

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: You are comfortable manipulating large volumes of data.
• Extreme Organization: You have a method for everything; "loose files on the desktop" bother you.
• Video/Streaming Familiarity: You understand what a timestamp, file format, or exhibition window is.
• Language: Technical English (ability to read docs and communicate via text) and Portuguese.

Nice-to-Haves (Will make our eyes shine):

• Basic notions of Python (programming logic, reading scripts).
• Previous experience with Google Colab and Jira.
• A passion for sports (it helps to understand the data context!).

Your Growth Journey

• First 3 Months: Full immersion. Mastering manual processes and ensuring quality (SLA).
• Medium Term: Running automation scripts autonomously and suggesting process improvements.
• Long Term: Supporting leadership in the area's transformation, helping to build scalable, automated processes.

The Deal (Contract & Location)

• Role: Contractor / Service Agreement.
• Compensation: €550 / month (Euros).
• Dedication: Full Time.
• Location: Remote (Work from anywhere).
