Technical Operational Support Reports to: Product Manager
Role Overview
The Technical Operational Support position bridges field operations, training, and product enablement. This role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams and customers, leveraging documentation provided by Engineering. The position focuses on creating structured onboarding curriculums, interactive learning modules, and instructional videos to ensure consistent technical proficiency across all Athena products and deployments.
Key Responsibilities Training & Development
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a version-controlled library of all training assets.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training through performance metrics, feedback, andcertification results.
- Identify knowledge gaps and proactively update training content and delivery methods.
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in technical support, field engineering, or operations training
Strong understanding of hardware/software systems (security, networking, or IoTpreferred)
Proven experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, or instructional materials
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), video editing tools, and screencapture software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically for onsite training and deployments
