Job Summary
: Litrinium is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and knowledge in optical communication and relevant technologies and industry standards in datacenter high-speed interconnect applications (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, InfiniBand..Etc.). This role required a strong understanding of technology, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing roadmaps and strategies to develop the best-in-class product solutions. The technical marketing manager will work closely with key customers and cross-functional teams including RD engineering, sales, product engineering and operations to ensure the success of Litrinium product solutions in the marketplace.

Develop and implement technical marketing roadmaps and strategies in PCIe, optical communications and other related datacenter high-speed interconnects applications, ensuring they align with market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Build strong relationships with key industry customers, ODMs/OEMs and partners to understand the key product requirements and feature sets.
Understanding technical standards specifications, and potentially participating in industry standards bodies as required.
Understand the technical customer needs and industry standards requirements to define the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) including new product specifications and feature sets where our design team can implement in development.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Create technical marketing materials, including product briefs, datasheets, white papers, and presentations for pre and post product marketing and sales promotions.
Plan and execute product launch and promotional trade shows, ensuring smooth coordination between product teams, sales, and customers.
Support sales teams by providing technical support, training, and creating sales enablement materials to close deals.
Provide regular updates to leadership on marketing performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's or Master degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or product marketing/management roles.
Strong background in PCIe hardware and software, including system design, architecture, and key standards (e.g., PCIe 4.0, 5.0, 6.0).
Knowledge and familiarity of other relevant high-speed interconnect technologies (e.g., Ethernet, InfiniBand, HPC, AI, CPUs, GPUs..Etc.) and how they integrate with PCIe.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese and professional-level English communication (written and spoken)
to support cross‑regional teams, customers and partners.
Ability to work independently as well as within a dynamic cross-functional team environment.
Strong multi-tasking ability
