Mareana is committed to the continued development of its innovative software platform serving the life sciences market. We are seeking a Technical Lead – implementation who will be responsible for leading technical design, configuration and delivery activities as well as planning, organizing and motivating teams to achieve high levels of performance and quality. The role ensures successful implementations by providing strong technical leadership, guiding implementation teams and working closely with business stakeholders, product, engineering, DevOps and QC teams to deliver projects that generate exceptional business value to customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation activities across projects
• Own solution architecture, technical design and configuration approach
• Guide and mentor implementation consultants and engineers
• Coordinate with product engineering, DevOps, QC and supports teams
• Ensure environments (Dev/UAT/Prod) are setup and managed correctly
• Oversee integration, data flows, and configurations
• Review configurations, code and technical deliverables
• Support UAT, Deployments and Go-live activities
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards and documentation
• Contribute to RAID management from technical standpoint

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MCA or equivalent
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in software product implementation including installation, configuration management, verification, and testing of production functionality and configuration on premise or SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of databased, APIs and data workflows
