The Technical Lead is a hands-on engineering leader responsible for setting technical direction, guiding architecture, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting the growth of the engineering team. This role blends software engineering, architecture, AI technology evaluation, and technical mentorship. You will play a key role in assessing and integrating emerging AI capabilities into the product to accelerate automation, strengthen compliance, and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, driving best practices, and enabling teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure software systems.
This is a full-time remote position .

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm ET
