The Center for Innovation in Diagnostics India Research Group of Siemens Healthineers in Bangalore, India is looking to recruit interns wanting to have real-world experience in interdisciplinary research and development in the area of electro-optics system design and prototyping. This person will be involved in development of electro-optical and electro-mechanical breadboards and prototypes. The internship duration is 6 months. What are the intern’s responsibilities? Hands on prototyping of electro-mechanical or robotic systems What do I need to qualify for this role? Student who has not yet graduated and working towards a relevant Bachelors/Master/Mechanical, Engineering/Electronics engineering/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent discipline degree, from an accredited academic institute. Passion for Electronics or mechatronics Demonstrated experience with Open-source hardware platforms like Arduino with practical knowledge of electro-mechanical or robotic system integration. Knowledge and experience with 3D printing and Software like Autodesk Fusion 360 would be preferred.
