Job Overview
We are looking for an Technical Integration Specialist
who will work closely with client teams to support API-based integrations. This role involves creating technical documentation, coordinating integration efforts, providing hands-on support during onboarding, and reporting integration progress to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities A. Documentation & Enablement
Understand the Client’s platform and APIs, and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop a comprehensive integration playbook
for client onboarding.
Create diagrammatic illustrations
of APIs to help clients understand the platform architecture.
Develop integration guidelines
, including step-by-step instructions for integrating with the Client’s platform using APIs and webhooks.
Build and maintain a FAQ and troubleshooting knowledge base
to address common onboarding and integration issues.
Prepare pre-implementation and post-implementation checklists
to ensure client readiness before and after integration.
Create client-facing integration roadmaps
outlining key milestones, timelines, and deadlines.
B. Integration Support
Conduct kick-off calls
with client teams to explain and plan the integration process.
Manage the Client’s ticketing system or Slack channels
to receive, respond to, and escalate integration-related queries in line with defined SLAs.
Schedule and conduct periodic progress calls
with clients to track integration status and resolve challenges, as per SLA requirements.
C. Reporting & Communication
Prepare and share periodic integration status reports
with the Client.
Conduct regular sync-up meetings
with internal stakeholders to discuss client feedback, challenges, and improvement areas.
