About you

Pactum is pioneering a new kind of AI-based negotiation software, solving novel, multi-million dollar problems for the world's largest enterprises.

As a Technical Deployment Manager, you’ll own the technical execution of Pactum’s AI negotiation workspaces- translating client business needs into flawless, on-time integrations (Coupa, Ariba, API, Email) that power high-quality automated negotiations.

Your daily adventures will include

• End-to-end setup. Configure client workspaces, including DocuSign, email, and Coupa/Ariba/API integrations.

What you bring

• Detail obsessed. A clean-code mindset, spot and fix issues before clients ever see them.
• Clear communicator. Translate complex technical setups into simple, meaningful explanations for any audience.
• 2+ years in technical deployment, implementation, or professional services (SaaS/enterprise).
• Plan end-to-end deployments and unblock issues independently.

As a bonus, it would be great if you have:

• Enterprise savvy. Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in technical or services roles.
• Technically hands-on. ERP and API integration experience, ideally with Coupa and/or Ariba.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
