Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Geoinformatics, Geodesy and Cartography, Civil Engineering or optionally in Information Systems or Computer Science
• Understanding of drones & GIS related products and technologies
• Proven ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-organised environment with strong decision-making autonomy.
• Quick learner who can rapidly understand complex systems, workflows, and data structures.
• Experience in customer support will be a plus.
• Experience in international business and/or startup environment will be a plus

Your role:

• Investigate and validate issues reported by internal or external users.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear technical detail.
• Fix issues within your scope or route them to the appropriate team members with complete supporting information.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to support smooth product delivery.
• Take action and initiative during emergencies while managing and coordinating the process of finding the solution
• Prioritize tasks effectively while switching between multiple topics as needed.
• Analyze existing processes and contribute to automation efforts aimed at optimizing workflows and improving overall efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement by sharing insights, patterns, and potential optimisation areas.
