Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience in an IT company. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and effective communication across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients/business stakeholders.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and follow-ups on action items.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when required.
• Support in requirement gathering and clarification.
• Ensure adherence to project processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in an IT company in a coordination or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Basic technical understanding (development, APIs, databases) is a plus.
