Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and preparation of technical and business presentations.
• Support AI-related initiatives by understanding requirements and communicating them effectively to technical teams.
• Participate in discussions related to AI solutions, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure clear and effective verbal and written communication across teams.
• Help organize meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–2.5 years of experience in a technical coordination or similar role.
• Educational background in B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• The candidate must be technically sound, with the ability to understand technical concepts such as system design, AI fundamentals, Python, and system workflows, and communicate effectively with developers and technical teams.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience or good understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, or emerging technologies.
• Experience working in IT services or technology-driven environments.
• Understanding of basic technical concepts to communicate effectively with developers.
