What You’ll Write

• Technical blogs & explainers (agentic AI, automation flows, integration patterns)
• Use-case pages & solution briefs for enterprise teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Ops, IT)
• Product capability content (connectors, triggers, AI decisions, criteria, actions) and how the 5-block builder works
• Case-study style narratives communicating problem → solution → outcome
• FAQ / documentation-style content that is accurate, structured, and skimmable

What You’ll Do

• Turn technical inputs into content that’s simple, precise, and enterprise-ready
• Collaborate with product/engineering to validate accuracy and avoid fluff
• Write with strong information architecture: definitions, examples, and clear structure
• Maintain voice aligned with Fynite’s positioning: Execution-as-a-Service™ , governed automation, enterprise-grade execution

Requirements

Must-have

• 2+ years technical content writing experience
• Based in Canada
• Background in Mathematics or Computer Science
• Able to explain technical systems (APIs, data flows, automation logic) leading with business outcomes

Nice-to-have

• Experience writing for B2B SaaS / enterprise audiences
• Familiarity with LLMs , workflow automation, integration platforms
