You will actively contribute to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, influencing both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Roadmapping Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI/ML adoption (e.g., Generative AI, predictive analytics, process automation) in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Technical Translation Convert complex and ambiguous business needs into clear technical artifacts, including user stories, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams.

Process Transformation & Gap Analysis Analyze current business processes and design optimized, AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.

Data Governance & Responsible AI Partner with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and ethical AI standards.

Value Realization & Performance Tracking Define KPIs and success metrics; ensure AI initiatives progress beyond proof-of-concept to scalable, production-grade deployments with measurable impact.

Change Enablement Drive adoption of AI solutions by working closely with business teams, simplifying complex concepts, and minimizing resistance during transitions.
