Role Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Architect – Design Verification
who combines
deep hands-on expertise
with
strong technical leadership
. This role owns verification architecture and execution for complex
IP and SoC platforms
, while actively contributing to critical verification tasks. The ideal candidate leads by example—setting strategy, mentoring teams, and solving the toughest technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Architecture & Ownership
- Define and own
end-to-end verification architecture and strategy
for IP and SoC programs.
- Drive verification of high-speed interfaces, including
PCIe(GEN5/6/7), DDR (DDR4/DDR5), and Ethernet
.
- Own
verification sign-off criteria
, coverage targets, and quality metrics.
- Review specifications and identify architectural, functional, and corner-case gaps early.
Hands-On Execution
- Architect, develop, and review
SystemVerilog/UVM-based verification environments
.
- Write and review
tests, sequences, scoreboards, assertions (SVA), and functional coverage
.
- Lead
complex debug and root-cause analysis
at IP and full-chip SoC level.
- Enable
IP-to-SoC testbench reuse
and scalable verification frameworks.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the
technical authority
for verification across programs.
- Mentor and guide verification engineers; conduct design and verification reviews.
- Collaborate closely with
architecture, RTL, physical design, firmware, and post-silicon teams
.
- Drive
methodology standardization, reuse strategy, and best practices
across teams.
- Identify verification risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Good to Have
- Experience with
formal verification, emulation, or acceleration platforms
.
- Knowledge of
low-power verification (UPF/CPF)
.
- Exposure to
performance, stress, and error-injection testing
.
- Prior experience in
Staff / Principal / Architect-level roles
.
