Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Account Manager role based in Schaumburg, IL. The Technical Account Manager will oversee client accounts, provide technical support, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure service satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating between technical teams and clients, supervising project progress, and supporting the delivery of innovative solutions to align with client needs. Collaboration with sales and project management teams will be essential to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Sales experience to identify client needs and propose solutions
• Project Management capabilities, including coordination, organization, and delivery of complex tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with AI, data engineering, or digital transformation processes is a plus
